Tempted, the Edmund way
A wanderer, rolling my sleeves up
Then accidentally they're all slipping down

Edmund with Mediterranean sweets
Such a smol bean with unfiltered desires
But he was not typically wicked
Only being lost and at fault

Those words of wisdom now you exude
Not a single soul dares to mess with you
Convinced you're onto something greater
Now everyone is looking at you with proud
This better version of man you've become
Ever since getting crowned
It shows who you truly are
Redemption brings you humility,
Gotta be your best suit, King
Composure is your timing, a matched item
Walking in steady pace in rush hour
All along you remain unshaken

Your way of making sudden moves
Leaving no room for temptation
When it affects everybody else's business
Many people you lead
At your voice of command
Sworn to yourself for serving title purpose
The display of power is not for the making
Rather, the value lies in respect that's given
Suppress immediate pleasure & pride
On target to consume you to be blind
Not getting lost with the benefit of abuse

Act of treachery and rebellion don't belong In the Kingdom-based operation
Of a 'next, what' guerilla strategy
A continuous reminder of your tainted past
Once a traitor harmlessly spared,
Though followed by crumbs of harms
What nearly might seem your end
At all costs to stop the rising attacks
Of premeditated bloodshed
It won't be allowed to put the elected
In charge over debt of transgressions
When evil workings were sent after lineage
Outnumbered and surrounded on edge
But there's always an upcoming element
Of surprise due to your protection
Planning further for what's next
Come prepared to have you unrelenting
Things happen the way they had to be done
Thereafter you've outdone role of duty

Your devotion stands firm and true
To whose side you're on
Watch not only your back but also others'
From unintenionally being misled
To led with moral bravery
A knight with sound judgement is scarce
Taking up the measure of people's lives
Loyalty dresses up your armies
Radiating off their chests
Throughout the battlefield
Fighting like savages but noble at hearts
Serving like true patriots
A reflection from both sides:
Gently their honor and yours
