Six months ago, we were doing our posting out packing in Delhi, for coming here to Bengaluru.
I was helping my mother and at that time ,I... noticed my father's few diaries among his belongings.

I asked Maa, "Is this Papa's diaries?"

She said, "Yes, this box is full of his belongings, and I want to throw them out but don't know why he carries them for the last sixteen years."

Listening to Mom's words I got curious and picked a diary and start to turn the pages.

This diary was full of different types of notes regarding his studies but on one page, I noticed that there was written,

" I love you very very much but I am so foolish I don't know now how I will keep you by my side, how much I thought about this but I could not find a way. Please promise me whatever will happen in the future you will never leave me alone. I also know you are facing so many problems in your life but don't worry I will be forever with you. No one will be able to come between us. My love is only for you. What should I do now, please tell me."

I read those lines with a big smile, then said, "Maa, what is this ! Papa loves you so much. Ohh, ho lovey-dovey. Hahaha...

Her expression was weird.

She said," No girl you are mistaken, read the lines once more and note the date on that page, then you will find out it is not for me, the person mentioned here is not me...."

I was shocked. Then I asked," Wait a minute, Maa if it is not you then who it would be? It means Papa had another person in his life?"

"your papa has... a woman in his life, not had." Mom said to me with a sad face.

I started to read the page again and there was a date of 5/8/06.
"This means that the date is written here, two months after when I was born," I asked Mom.

"Yes, Babu, that's why I am saying, this is not me. For the last sixteen years, I read it many times...
