Let's try to be more realistic expressing ourselves freely and candidly,

Let's stop keeping things in our heart
,Not speaking when there is a urgent need ,to talk and solve the matters,

Let's stop judging each other and try to understand our own species, and the problem and tensions of our species,
let's solve them first ,

When we look around we see there is no one to understand us and believe us but this distance in our own people occurred due to lack of communication and understanding,

We even have trust issues, I know even I have but what we can do is
Try to communicate with people with whom we feel comfortable and positive.
