Your Talent is basically your skills. In which no body can compete to you. When you work on your skills they won't leave you alone nor starve. They will raise you as you raise them and become a professional.
Youth has more skills and creative ideas than other. When they are interested to something, they work on it. They start creating ideas and analyse it logically. He/she may work on it for a long period (10 hours or maybe much more) and even in leisure time. When they are much interested in it, they have the ability to make it a unique and fill the gaps. So give them the opportunities, once you raise them they will raise the whole Game.
This is not only applicable to youth but almost all people. When you become professional and all of your time goes in it, no body can compete to you.
