Whenever the strong wave of emotions threatened to overflow, to consume me, of how badly I wanted to go back, I reminded myself I can't.

I just can't.


It always take me back in time when I asked you, for the last time, "Is this really what you want?"

And for the life of me I remember how badly I wanted you to say that no, it isn't what you wanted, just like what you used to tell me so many times before.

But then you said yes, and up until now, I could still feel my heart breaking into tiny, little pieces.

Have you ever been in a situation where you heard something you needed yet, you never want to hear it at the same time?

If that isn't heartbreaking, then I don't know what is.
