BossLady: What do you mean they aren't letting you upstairs? ... Tell him that's our billing. ... What do you mean 'reimbursement?' It's billing. It's our billable hours for our program. ... Ok, well do what he says and leave it in the box.

Here she comes to my office.
BossLady: Can you believe this?
Me: Believe what?
BossLady: Our funder won't allow us to go up the building to drop off our billing. They want us to leave it in the box in the lobby.
Me: Oh, you mean our reimbursement?
