Detective Alec Green's Mystery Stories*


At the hospital Adira was in the labor room. The doctors had informed Felix and the others that because of the trauma and the stress that Adira's body had gone through. Adira was forced into labor, making a premature child of seven months. 

There was also news that either Adira's or the child's life is in danger and may not make it. Hearing all this had made Felix breakdown and cry even more. His mother-in-law was crying too, she got up from her chair and patted Felix on the shoulder before walking down the hallway to pray.

Anjali went with her because she could not handle seeing Felix in such a state. Alec remained with Felix as he sat down beside him on the floor. Felix then looked at Alec.

''You know that my first girlfriend, the mother of my first born, had passed away because of something like this. The reason for this problem is different but the situation is the same. Alec I can't lose Adira. I don't want to lose my wife. We have so many things planned. Go tell Adira that Astra is waiting on her. Please go.'' Felix cried and tried to push Alec. Alec turns around and shakes Felix's shoulders.
