Two dead Roaches
"Am scared to sleep with my eyes closed,cos,once I do,your face is the first thing I see."
Riley wrote into her notebook,then sighed and dropped her pen,she looked up,and tilted her head to the side,he was right there,Raley Steeler,chewing his blue berry bubble gum.

Their teacher walked in and class commenced.

School ended,and she went home,on foot,her bike was broken,so she had to walk home,which she had gotten used to. She took a look at her footprint and immediately thought of him,she found a bench and sat on it,she swiftly brought out her black notebook.

She sighed and took up her bag from the ground and continued walking back home.
She lived in a huge house,her house was her late grandparents house. It was really so huge that her family started their own bed and breakfast to make a couple bucks,and they were slaying it.
Her younger brother was barely a year old,her mother,Samantha Perkins was a writer and an editor. She wrote online and hardcover novels.
Meanwhile her dad, Matthew Perkins was an app developer,how these two met....still uncertain.
But they work really well,and their bed and breakfast was a kind of trophy for them.
Riley had a long bath,light lunch,no dinner and a good night's rest?... Nah,no chance!
She got up at night and relentlessly searched for her black notebook,she found it buried inside her closet. She took her pen and started to write.
"You're the dream that haunts me,the nightmare I never want to end,I can't help it,you're all in my head! Every moment of my existence,every breath and beat of my heart is yours. "Morning mum"Riley said yawning,she was tired out and not ready to go to school.
"You seem a bit under the weather..."her mum said while putting her hand on her forehead.
"You're running a little fever"her mother said a little bit worried.
"Am..fine..."she couldn't finish her statement,she sneezed.
"We gotta get you a new bike"Her mother said,"but I can...."another sneez.
"Sorry love,but upstairs, you're not going anywhere,I'll call your teacher and tell him you can't come in today"her mother said and she disposed of herself into her bedroom.
She snuggled up,she was a little sick,she couldn't deny that, but she wanted to go to school today.
Forget always starting at Raley,she was the chief publisher for their school's website,and they had been really busy,covering the news on their school's football team,which of course Raley was it's captain.
She fought hard for that spot,she had to go against the most reserved but mean girl in their either school.
Charlene Burgess,vice president,her mother was stinking wealthy,her dad was the kind that never stayed at home.
Anyways, Charlene made life so difficult for Riley,and now she had fallen sick,she would act like she owned the place.
But worst of all she would get the chance to have a personal one on one interview with the school's football team captain,Raley Steeler.
"She'll probably rub the article in my face"Riley thought,but her fever didn't give her much liberty to think.
Her dad was away for some convention or something like that,her mom had dropped off her baby brother Rockey at his day care,and she was home alone,she knew her mom would be back shortly,so she decided to write a bit.

She felt like sneezing so she put a book mark and stood up to go blow her nose,while getting up,her book fell from the edge of her bed into her book bag. She went about her bathroom looking for her tissue box,she almost didn't hear her mum come in.
"Sugar,you good?"

"I'll go pick up the drugs your doctor prescribed,want me to do anything else, am headed in the direction of your school"Her mom said,asking her.
"Yes...um..."she sneezed,"my bookbag,please take it to school I have an article that's due today,"
"Okay sure"her mom said,she emptied Riley's bag and noticed the black notebook,"she's writing in the matching notebook I gave her"Her mom thought and took the black notebook.
Riley came out of the bathroom to discover her mom was gone already,she was running on a tight schedule and she had to get the house ready they had a couple from Italy coming over to Lodge for a week.
She felt dizzy and decided to lie down a bit,and get some shut eye and hoped to recover fast.
*Later that day*
She was feeling a little better, infact a lot better,she recovered so fast,her mom was convinced she could go to school tomorrow.
"Dad's coming back tomorrow"Her mum said,"dada"Rockey said he was quite fond of his dad.
"I met that nice friend of yours Charlene,she was happy to help post your article"Her mother said,while taking their dishes to the sink while Riley arranged the table.
"Your other friend Mike told me to tell you to turn on your phone"Her mother said,before she could finish Riley had ran upstairs to go check her phone.
"GO CHECK THE SCHOOL SITE"
She opened it immediately and her eyes widened in shock she was beyond stunned.
