I Met A Stranger. Part Thirteen.
I ran out of things to do.

I had looked around the house, went from room to room, scanned the library that didn't seem to have an end of shelves , and taken a short nap.

But he was still sleeping.

Hours must've passed. The day didn't seem to have an end.

I sat in front of him and contemplated on waking him. I noticed his long white lashes, and well chiseled face , and some stray silver hair that fell over his eyes and cheeks.

"What a breathtaking sight" I thought to myself and rolled my eyes. Noori would've thought that I'd lost my mind.

"What-", August caught me staring at him. He looked at Gable's body comfortably sprawled on the couch and looked at me jaw dropped. He slowly walked over to me and sat right down, still staring at him.

"He's sleeping",he tried to whisper but failed miserably."I never thought he could sleep"

Was he being sarcastic, i didn't know.

He turned to me."You went to the Castle"

I nodded.

"Did you meet Hades?",I stared at his giant frame. He was grinning from ear to ear."you must've"

Hades?

"Since you're here",he chortled and lightly patted my shoulder."he's probably out looking for you-"

Was he talking about the beautiful man at the castle? I shuddered at the memory. He looked like he could-

"- to kill you", he continued, grinning. "but you don't need to worry"

Maybe I do. The way he said it so nonchalantly made me worry. I looked at Gable's face. The bruise was completely gone.

"Is he really the King?"

His face contorted."Gable?"

He stirred in his sleep. We quietly got up and walked out of the room and stood on the balcony.

"Did Hades say that?",he laughed and slapped his thigh.

What was so funny?

He shook his head and let out a deep sigh."Hades is the King here"

I nodded slowly. wait, what?

He started laughing again. He reminded me of Noori. They were both so loud.

"He's Gable's son"

I choked.
