I designed this with the intent to give beginners a strong foundation to build their mystical meditation practices. The meditations this book describes are very effective and will have certain side effects. Here is a short list of side effects that you will experience and you may very well have many more. Your nervous system will be strengthened and reality will bend around you, your thoughts and emotions will manifest in your reality much faster. In meditation you will experience floating, spinning, tingling sensations, vibrations, pulsing, sometimes pain and loud ringing. Don’t be alarmed by any of these side effects during meditation it’s all perfectly normal and goes away once you quit your session, if you don’t react to any of the stimulus and just relax as you continue to meditate the side effects will unfold in a number of ways, into spontaneous healing, pure bliss and complete out of body experiences to name a few. As you progress with daily meditations you will notice an energetic vibration that will stay with you at all times and you will become very empathic, this is all normal and just remember to be compassionate and find yourself in everything to avoid being overwhelmed by negative emotions. Shifting Vision Meditation
Get into a comfortable seated position
Place or rest your hands in front of yourself in a place where you can easily see them both in your vision without having to turn your head to see them both
Relax
Look at one hand for a short time no longer than 5 seconds then shift your vision to the other hand and repeat
Pay attention to any sensations you can feel in your hands as you shift your vision from one to the other
