I remember you and your weird name..hah!’ One of the volounteers said. ‘Great..since you know exactly who I am…This’s gonna be fun.’ I said and continued to the waiting area. ‘He’s crazy..that kid got the crap kicked out of him by Jake 3 years back..He hadn’t participated in any tournaments prior that incident .Commons participating in tournaments . What a joke!’ I could hear them gossip. The tournament was about to begin in about half an hour . ‘Yo! You ready bruh??’ Trojan waved. We started getting along ever since the tournament 3 years back…He helped me a lot anyway. Am glad he was there for me ‘Yeah …Are the matchup charts out?’ I asked him in a low voice. ‘Yep!’ He said . We walked to the matchup board. ‘Godd I wish I get matched with someone weak!’ I heard a boy pray rushing towards the borad.
What a joke … He doesn’t get the whole idea. Only 3 of us are gonna be selected for the inter school tournament which is gonna happen next month . I looked up at the chart . My first match up was with some kid named Don . I examined his image for a while . I recognized that face from somewhere . Ive seen it somewhere . I looked around . ‘Of course’ I giggled .
