-Swardhyaya(self study):One has to be life long student, learning is forever. It is the fuel that is required to keep ones life and career moving forward
-Vrudha sanyogha(association with elders):Vrudha means wise, if there is a person who is younger by age but has maturity in particular field is considered as vrudha
Younger one is smarter than elder generation
-Abhyas(continous practice):Without abhyas you will never get any success. We need to put in action which we have learned in our life
We should not work hard, we should work smart
By swardhaya and vrudha sanyogha-We can observe the success of others
By abhyas we can experience our own success

*Ethics, values and spirituality

-They help us in good and bad times what should be our guiding force in life. Ethics and values help us in good and bad times
-Sprituality helps to face bad situations,for inner peace(to grow internally).It gives the ability to face all your challenges
-If you dont stand for something, you fall for everything
