You have a very loving mom and dad because you are their only child. Your mom loves to sing you lullabies at night to guard you from your thightmares. When she sings it makes you forget all your worries and fears because she sounds like an angel. But it all changed when your mom got into an accident. The police found the whole car destroyed but there was no sign of your mom's body or any blood stains. Almost like she just vanished into thin air. It laid as a huge mystery for the police and after a week the case was closed due to lack of information. You were devastated but something inside you told you that she would be back. Just like you hoped it happened, but not the way you wanted it to be. You were back from school as usual and your dad was in the shower. You changed your clothes and was having some food. "How's the pasta honey?" "I love it. Could you pass me the sauce mom?" You slowly turned your head back shivering. But there was no one." I-I thought I heard moms voice." You thought to yourself. And when you turned to your pasta it had sauce over it. You threw the fork and ran to your room and waited for your dad to come out. Your mom will be watching over you from heaven. I miss her too." Your dad comforted you. You started to think that you were just hallucinating. Your dad took you to dinner outside. He ordered food and you went to the restroom. When you were done and washing your hands, a familiar voice handed you s a tissue. "Here you go." "Thank You." You replied and checked in the mirror. But to your surprise there was no one there. Your heart stopped for a second and you slowly stepped out of the restroom trying your best not to freak out.
You calmly went to your table and acted as if nothing happened. You went back to your house with your dad and you didn't say anything after that. You freshened up and just as you were about to go to bed you heard it "Twinkle Twinkle little star, how I wonder what you are?" You froze, closed your eyes, gulped and tears of fear started dripping down your cheeks." Like a diamond in the sky." It was over, you opened your eyes shivering. "This isn't real right? I'm just imagining things." You said and went to your dad. "Dad can I sleep with you tonight?" you asked and he said Yes. Then you forced a smile on your face and layed beside him. "How about I sing you a lullaby? Just like mom did." he asked. You stopped smiling and your eyes widened. "No, I don't want lullabies!" You yelled and Your dad looked confused. 3:00 AM, you get thirsty and woke up to get some water. You were in the kitchen and the only sound was the water dripping from the tap. You gulped some water and while you were you heard someone play the piano. You got so scared that the glass fell from your hand and it shattered. 'SILENCE' "Hush little baby don't say a word, papa's gonna buy you a mocking bird." You got scared and you ran to your father. But he was nowhere to be seen. You went looking for him and you heard someone singing from the balcony. You slowly crept towards the balcony and there they were, your dad and ... your mom. Their eyes were blank and they smiled under the moonlight. They started at you and then they jumped. You screamed looking horrified. You heard the piano again and something dropped on your forehead from the ceiling. You looked up and saw yourself covered in blood and body torn to pieces. And then...
