Friends,thank God if you are healthy...thank God if you have food to eat 3 times a day...thank God if you have a shelter to take rest...thank God if you are not physically challenged.
There are so many things to be thankful to God.So many people are there in this world who long to live the life what you live now.So don't lose your inner peace by longing for the things that you don't have.Spend atleast 10 minutes a day to meditate.It connects you with the God.Thank God for the blessings in your life.
