A problem without a solution remains a problem
Who am I today? I lost my identy to know myself at a young age. I am going to try and share some of the pieces that made me to be found today. Ill make my first insight but a truth, not a story.
Just what I found to be commonsense.
I realized that when I was a kid one thing I did learn is that in school every problem needed an answer!! If you left it blank it was considered a wrong answer.
If you didnt figure every problem out you could fail the test.
Why as we go through life even as a kid, at home alot of the time problems were ignored or we may of been told not to talk about it or never bring it up. To forget about it?
Were did we begin to think that it was ok not to have an answer or solutions to our problems, big or small? Bad or Good?
So thats where I began. I went back to every situation I placed in the back of my mind as much as I could go back and as much as I could pull from the back of my mind. I began to confront them and find an answer or solution to the problem and I started to feel alot of pain be lifted from my heart. I finally faced things that I never even thought would be of inportance today. Only they were. Thats just where my true self help journey began. I only hope to share with others not what I learned but the experience that worked.
We never know who was meant to hear what words our hearts were meant to write or say.
As I was nervous to write this I hope it finds its way to the one whom it was meant for.
