Sometimes, you have to say Goodbye.
As Kristiana cleaned up after the night before, she glanced around at the living room, that she stood in. Reflecting on the importance of the age that she’d so recently turned.
Then with a quick click of a button, Kristiana updated her social media information, looking for some additional inspiration to her new outlook on life.
She felt so suddenly aware of the people in her life that meant so much to her.
As she recalled them all to her mind one by one, she felt a deepening sadness regarding some of them.
She believed so much in second chances with people and the olive branch that went along with that. With the people in her life she had always tried so very hard to articulate her feelings and gain a better understanding of things going on in their lives.
Sadly, not all people had chosen to open up with kindness and understanding. So with a saddened heart as Kristiana’s previous life experiences had taught her, she recognised that in some cases she needed to walk away. To let other people, who had no place for her in their lives to just get on with things, as they had always done. Except, this time without her it their lives.
She was finally thinking of her needs, by making those healthier heart felt choices, to help her get on in her life.
At this present time, Kristiana, has turned a huge milestone and it was now time to take stock of her… Life Goals, her Personal Needs, her Relationship and her Friendships too.
This wasn’t by any means a new reflective behaviour, but as she was much older now and time and energy had become even more precious to her, these needs really did feel like they had to take centre stage for a time.
As Kristiana, scrolled slowly through her birthday well wishes, on the different media platforms from the day before.
She quitely reflected on the people in her life who her loved and cared about, that she felt held some kind of connection to her. Sadly though, the truth of the matter was, she hadn’t been acknowledged by all the people she felt close too.
With knowing this helpful insight, it created a fresher and clearer sense of understanding towards those people, for her.
Hence, bringing her to her new outlook on life. An outlook of a life of a person who she knew she would finally become one day. Not only through those wonderful feelings built from wishes and dreams and the inner workings of her imagination, but also from determination and actioning of the hard word too. Which was all made up from her time, her energy, her belief, her mind, her hope and her life lessons. That like most people, she had lived through and learned from, giving her a clearer pathway to a more focused mind in life.
She had decided that this being s very important year for her, that she would actively choose to not care and waste precious time and precious energy on the ones who showed no acknowledgement, no care, no consideration, no kindness, and no understanding of any sort towards her. As she realised that with some people it’s just better to walk away and and move on.
In turn, helping you to continue your life with a higher vibration than you had before, with them in your life.
Kristiana took a sip of her decaffeinated cup of coffee and just thought to herself…
“Sometimes, you have to say goodbye, to some people and some situations to help you continue on along your life’s road. Where there on that road you then become many steps closer, to that person who you’ve always known inside.
That one day, you will eventually be.
