Breaking up
Often after break ups, one person will move on sooner than the other. And a lot of the time it's not necessarily due to them genuinely moving on with someone better but because they are filling a void. A lifestyle they were used to, having someone around and afraid to be alone.

These people are the most vulnerable to bad relationships and having multiple partners because all it would take is a sense of security that can easily be faked for a short period and eventually becomes entrapment.

Breaks ups are meant for you to find YOU, not anybody else. Once that process is complete you won't accept anyone that doesn't meet your standards and inevitably making better relationship choices.
Ride out the hurt. Ride out the sleepless nights. Ride out morning sadness. Ride out the days where they are all you think about.
The process of falling out of love should take as long as the process of falling in love. It's not over night. It will get easier. The hurt will lessen. The sleepless nights will fade. The mornings get happier. The days where you think of them will get fewer and far between.
Respect them enough for the memories to be good ones. Don't store hate, it only damages YOU more than anything.
