Yes indeed I want to seek some help. But in the end of the day it's all on me that how I feel about everything. I have to stand for myself. The best therapy I can get is by understanding myself more. I have to sympathize myself. I have to empathize myself even if I'm already living it everyday. I have to be the another person to understand myself. It's me who'll heal me. I'm the best therapy for me.
