A very wise friend of mine said this to me. It's been in and out of my mind for a couple days and I really think there's a little something we can all draw from it. None of us are without sin, so why do we feel it necessary to take the lives of others so their convictions stand truer?

The fear and pain is still all the same, and it's all still real. Too much dehumanizing propaganda is to blame, we need to focus our attention toward unity and dignity, not give into depravity and rage.
