Here m highlighting the feeling of being treated equal (but experience here is of 'being considered equal')

Few months back, I had to visit a bank with my dad due to some college work... The Manager know my dad but not the staff, Hence they thought m one of my dad's employee.. 😂
(I wanna clarify I don't have any negative perspective about it)

But few moments later I was in a cab with my dad, and one of his very much dedicated employee... (Well that's what dad says)
I realized, How good my dad treats his employees. Ig it's not wrong to say he treats them like his son.
Ahem!
Frequent times I've visited my dad's working place.. and I never saw him getting angry on them due to any mistake in work, Or anything.
The anxiety I get to see in my seniors asking for a holiday... they literally sometimes sweat... they ask for 3-4 times... answer is straight No Or Leave the job.
It's like the same observation in multiple of companies I worked.
On the other hand, my dad regret his employees presence for a moment but he doesn't let his work get affected by it.
He Himself sometimes work with them..
