Controlling and suppressing are two different things. Some of us think that supressing emotions makes a person stronger but in the long run it's quite opposite. When we don't share or express our emotions;be it dejection, tension, anger, fear or something else,it doesn't just vanish from inside but it keeps building up untill a small thing or incident triggers it as whole. Then it comes out in most unexpected ways where you can't even control them on your own will.
The most common problem now-a-days, *DEPRESSION* is result of the same thing.
I won't ask you to vent it on anybody else but share it with a faithful person or vent in loneliness.Crying sometimes helps too.But never try to suppress as it'll affect your mental as well as physical health.
