I once wrote a quote that said "to talk to people outside...so you don't get hurt inside."
Well, looking back at my own life and everything I've tried to seek help or advice, I figured that saying doesn't actually work in real life.
I, personally, when I try to vent to people about the problems (a unique one which had been haunting me since I was born), they see me coming off as rude and harsh thereby not wanting to pay attention to me anymore. Different therapists did the same to me as they thought my case normal.
If anyone noticed, most of my writing works carry emotional weight and relay sensitive topics.
To me, writing (and laughing), is a way I control my trauma. It's more like the way I vent even though some my works are entirely fictional. I just find joy in writing something that relates to the reader's emotions and triggers either a sense of horror, regret or self-help.
As a person, if you have someone to vent to, without judgement, hold them tight, you don't know the treasure you've got.
And if you, like me, have no one to vent to, know that life's full of fun things to try out. Find a "happy place/hobby" for yourself, far from the real world.
And stay positive.
