Be practical, motivation won't work unless you build yourself up by gaining knowledge. Build your own empire, people won't help you until you learn to help yourself. Have faith in your action plan and do not share it with anyone until the results come because there are many people who want to help as per their benefit which can be impacted or can be demolished according to his benefits.
