Sometimes I feel an invisible pressure to do better and better and meet other people's expectations as much as I can. I am sorry but it's a hard fact that most of us have been raised on condition. We are rewarded when we fit in , we are outcasted when we refuse to. But everything begins with a choice. And it is much better to start accepting oneself, first. Before wanting others to understand us, we must meet ourselves and ask 'Do I like me?' And even. if we are scared or full of doubts we must dive in to come out as the sound one.
