While most of us are safe at home and in lockdown, try this. Just sit down with some paper and a pen. Observe what goes on in your mind for half an hour and write it all down. Then, read whatever you have written down. That will tell you the true state of your mental health and where you are directing your energy and awareness to the most. It will also help you to identify the ego, toxic thought patterns and the amount of work you need to invest in yourself to become a better human being.
