That's the thing about life, the more things you know would make you understand things in a much better way. But then once you have a the knowledge, you get trapped in your own mind, fighting with yourself and knowing so many things that are good in a bad way.
All of these makes your life more complicated. You could have led a simple life knowing simple answers but you wanted to know more, always and that's what makes life hard.
Maybe that's why childhood was always simple and without pain, without compilations.
