Day 76 of #learningjournal
Today I felt so and at one point I was about to quit... but if I would have done so I will be repeating the same next day and thus would not be able to get my target completed ever.
We try to avoid resistance and therefore if we try to fit in something new our brain treats it as an unexpected situations and since it's not as per our usual biological clock, it makes us kinda alert, and everyone knows what adrenaline makes us feel.
So it's normal to happen but all we got to focus is on that when we feel so we just breathe deeply and push ourselves to keep working as per our new schedule and in few days it will be normalised.
Night not happen with everyone but I do experience it.
So taking things head on works for me.
