Stop straining yourself if that forgotten thing is making you feel pressured after coming to you again. Just dodge it and find something new to discover.
What I am saying is, if you have a past which bothered you so much and when you were able to successfully forgot it in a time, but now again it came to you then just avoid it or dodge it. Don't over think too much about it. Try to find and explore new things. Have a life where you can invest your feelings happily and lovely.
That's what it means to forgot the forgotten.
