Age is just a number, you can't say that he Or she will be matured by the age of 21,it is not 100 % true .It's life experiences which teaches them to mature to handle your problems on your own. Yes ,it's true that at the age of 14+ to 21 harmonal changes comes And we can't deny it .But at this age the teenagers seeks for some adventures in their life and from some mistakes done by Then, they get more problems because of their adventure carving habits.
But it's also true that you can handle your problem if you had learned something before from your problems.
