When we look at another person and appreciate or look down upon or wonder about them, we are understanding them only from our own perspective while they look at themselves from their own.
We can't see them and their state the way they do...
Then, is what we think about them correct? Specially when we are harsh against them.... After all, if we saw their perspective, maybe we would appreciate them instead of....
What I have found is that accepting people for what they are, their actions and behaviors as 'Okay' is a kind of meditation!
It requires us to be aware of our thoughts, feelings and behaviors, and bring back those which are judging to the state of acceptance.
Not easy at all! But certainly doable!!
