We have our senses which collect data from the world outside of us.
And so we understand some of this world and people inhabiting it!
What about us? We don't have any senses which go inward... How then do we learn about ourselves?
Why do we do what we do?... Why do we have these kind of thoughts?...
The best way I have found for myself is to ask WHY to any self question, till I get an honest answer, beyond which there can be no other reason!!
