Perhaps, the perception about favoritism changes in case its in your favor..right?
Yes ik!
Once my professor, Venishri Ma'am said - "Teaching is the only profession, burden of which you carry at home, preparing for the lectures & presentation for students, curricular activities"
Another professor shared - "sometimes i feel to take break for a year from teaching, It might look we teachers are giving a lecture of 5-6 hours only but always during college fests we stay in the college sometimes till late night 10 pm"
She also shared during covid she was working till 3:30 am, as she was finalising the results & next morning, she was back in the college at 6:30 am.
Its TOO MUCH of HARD WORK for real & not really SOMETIMES.
Huge respect! ♥
Few teachers, certainly distinguish good student & bad/ weak students.
Students act so victimized, procuring hatred for teacher-fav(student) duo.
Hence they argue with unapologetic attitude.
Its ill-to-favour someone.
In school we learn about equality but lack of it, is something soo evident.
"I teach you and him/ her also but they always score good & not u.. why??"
Because 'You' don't focus.
Its Blaming.
