We are going through the neighbourhood,
before we go, we pray,

Our prayer is for our neighbours good,
We pray they have a lovely day,

We are walking through the neighbourhood,
We are walking through this place,

We are walking through the neighbourhood,
with a smile upon our face,

We are walking through the neighbourhood,
We declare its not too late,

If life seem bad we declare it good,
God will change your fate,

We are walking through the neighbourhood,
to rid the bitter taste,
A word of peace, an act of good,
to save the human race,

We are walking through the neighbourhood,
Christ we emulate,
We'll do all we can as Jesus would,
for our lives are built on faith,

Though my minds not right and my hearts no good,
My life will not be wasted,
His mercy strong, His grace has stood,
but his coming has now hasten,

I am walking through the neighbourhood,
Preaching is my task,
I am preaching in my neighbourhood,
for time is going fast.
