We teach our children to reach high and push the skies
We say it's all possible if you just believe all the lies
You can be a princess, you can be a king,
But we don't teach reality, that's the thing.
We never tell them some things are impossible-
We'd never admit some people are ugly, no, that's abominable
Everyone is beautiful and everything is fine
If your opinion matches ours, share it on your platform
But new thoughts, new ways, they will be torn.
Never mind, let's just smile
Maybe it's not really all that vile?
