It seems like several years ago since I have had an opportunity to go swimming. However, on a recent camping trip, my son and I discovered the ‘Jump Rock’ trail in the Red River Gorge (KY) recreational area. It was quite a sensation jumping from 25’ (7.6m) into the clear, deep green water below. We have since committed to weekly swimming sessions together, and I highly recommend everyone doing something similar if at all possible.
