These days a man is judged by his behaviour. Is it certain to judge people by the way they talk or they behave? absolutely not!!!! people are of two types, INTROVENT and EXTROVERT, if she is shy and hesitant then it doesn't mean she can do nothing. communication is the most important thing we need to excel in anyhting we do. A crying child gets what she want but the one who stays silent is the one who gets nothing. Isn't it obvious?
