It was a year that started with hope,
And till the end, it passed like a slope,
It made me laugh and cry a lot,
But I will never forget what it taught,
I hoped to get everything better,
But in the end, everything shattered,
It took away my loved one from me,
I lost the happiness that was about to be,
It was a year I will never forget,
It took so much of turns like a cornet,
In the end, it made me strong,
Still for me whatever happened was all wrong.
