They say love makes you blind,
I think it makes you stupid too,
I've spent my whole life waiting for you,
While another woman was happy by your side,
Yet I believed in it to the end and I was satisfied,
But look at me today if you dare,
Afraid to tell myself I was wrong about you,
Afraid to tell myself of the wrong person I took care,
I should have taken care of myself to know that I deserve better.
