The sound of the stadium's roar,
Resonates with every four,
Down the pitch,
Over the arm,
Cricket has its own charm
one goes with his bat
doesn't care whether thin or fat
everybody has to face the ball,
nobody knows, where it will fall.
Carefully, who will watch than hit
make his inning long and fit
sometimes our concentration lapses
Ball hits the wicket and our inning collapse.
