You sat with me under the shade of the trees,
Reading out the words that made no sense,
Not once did you lose faith,
Or let me be,
The slow and steady learner,
The but of all the jokes,
Duffer! Failure! And many more
you making the moments
and doing the things I adore,
your singing, your eyes, your expressions,
you rolling the sleeves of your cardigan
while giving spry and staggering smile
Ah! those moments I want to enjoy more amd more.
