In the end it was just me and my thoughts,
A painful trap, long after you were gone.
Worse were the tears rolling down, Representing heart's grief with each drop.
Our amazing memories haunted my mind,
Along came the experiences which were hurt bound.
I tried to put a barrier in their way,
But everytime I would fail.
Mind referred to hate you,
But heart continued to love you.
In between this body suffered,
And ended in breaking down.
I was pushed to my limits by ownself,
And in a lonely world found myself.
In the end it was just me and my thoughts,
Weeping and trying to find my mistake.
