Shadows Of A Dark Truth
In the realm of darkness, where shadows loom,
Religion, too, casts its ominous gloom.
For some, a beacon of hope, a guiding light,
But for others, a tool of greed and blight.
In the name of faith, atrocities unfold,
As power-hungry leaders manipulate the bold.
Religion, once pure, now tainted with deceit,
Leaving countless souls lost, in its merciless heat.
People become slaves, bound by its chains,
Their minds imprisoned, their freedom wanes.
Blinded by dogma, they lose their own voice,
Trapped in a cycle, where they have no choice.
And as the world crumbles, in wars and strife,
Religion's grip tightens, claiming more lives.
The righteous and innocent, caught in its snare,
Their prayers unanswered, lost in despair.
In this dark tapestry, where evil thrives,
Hope withers away, as darkness survives.
The ending draws near, with a mournful cost,
As the last words echo, "Everything is lost."
In this somber finale, all seems in vain,
The world consumed by sorrow, drowning in pain.
No redemption in sight, no solace to find,
Only echoes of despair, left behind.
But in the depths of despair, a flicker remains,
A spark of resilience, where hope sustains.
Though darkness may prevail, for now, it seems,
The human spirit endures, in shattered dreams.
So let us not surrender, to this bleak fate,
But rise above, before it's too late.
For even in the face of despair and decay,
We can still find strength, to pave a new way.
Though religion may falter, and evil may persist,
The power lies within us, to resist.
In unity and love, we may find our worth,
And salvage fragments of a broken Earth.
But as the shadows deepen, and sadness prevails,
The final truth lingers, as darkness prevails.
With a heavy heart, the last words are tossed,
"It doesn't matter now, everything is lost."
