He scratched the surface of the first page,
as the book began to leak he was engaged.
She whispered softly into his ear
revealing him without a fear.
He was enchanted by this interactive book, her words became alive when he would look.
Her letters would shine,she would invite
his hands to create a mesmerising site.
As he would reach out for more of her scent
she would transcend him in another realm's moment.
Now he became one with the book
enticed with her powerful hook.
And the book became one with him
saving him from slipping off of mind brim.
Although he tried to put it back on the shelf
the book reappeared when he was himself.
This book could be blessing or a curse,
for one could read it properly or in reverse.
