Our favourite little mouse has vanished
it happened late one night
he just packed up all his belongings
and disappeared out of sight.

I hope nothings happened to him
like getting chased by a cat
and all that's left of this little mouse
is his walking stick and top hat.

I think I'll offer a small reward
the amount of fifty pounds
and this will be paid in full
when the little mouse is safe and sound.

At last the little mouse has been found
he's now decided to wear lincoln green
he recently saw a Robin Hood film
and said "It's the best he's ever seen".

And now our favourite little mouse
is living in a rather small canvas tent
he's settled into his new surroundings
down beside the river trent.

He Spends most of his day fishing
or serenading lovers in the local park
then skips merrily along the towpath
making sure he gets home before dark.

He's alao visited Nottingham castle
taken in an ice hockey game or two
and if you ever visit the goose fair
he might turn up to entertain you.
