Masks Are Going Down
The world suspended all,
From activities of time,
Man stood in confusion,
Expecting a Messiah.
The fears deepened,
In hearts and in minds,
Life regained some values,
What it has lost some times ago.
Home became a known place,
To occupants who were strangers,
Cities under locks and panic,
And rooms got back warmth.
Faces lost their freedom,
Enslaved by thick masks,
Husbands in full duty,
And wives were glad.
Hands suffered in sympathy,
Faces missed their touches,
Noses share stale...
From activities of time,

Expecting a Messiah.
The fears deepened,
In hearts and in minds,
