I met with a friend recently
who I haven't seen in a long time
hes been on 'holiday'.
First thing he said was
"Brother, you look old".

I smirked at him and said
"It goes to show how good
for the soul it is when you
have three square meals a day,
time to workout, no stress of
Bill's, and not lift a hand to
work everyday".

We laugh, it was good to see him.
