That's the lie we always say to ourselves just because we don't want to regret the choices we made. Just because we don't want to damage the identities we created out of those choices. Just because we don't want to scar the memories and moments that we existed in before. You see, our hearts are always okay with putting us down just to save the paradises it has built. It fears about becoming homeless. But that is not the case ill assure you. If you let go of one thing, only then you can hold something else. If you keep trying to hold on to everything, some out of love, and some out of necessity, one day they will all together drag you until you can no longer hold any of them. On that day you will stand empty-handed, with an empty heart, and a scarred soul that is full of regrets.
