The night was full of darkness
The moon was behind the clouds
The home was all alone
Just me in my house

It was a strange night
I felt the premonition
I had some cookies in the jar which I ate
I am now hiding in my closet

The monster came in search of me
To eat me as his prey
He is something that will soon creep in
The creatures who are living behind the dark clouds.

I act as I am dead
He smells me
and left me alone
that night just as alive.
