I spent my evenings on calls with you,

Leaving the world behind,

I wished I could be yours

But you didn't thought the same,

I wished I could run away with you,

I waited for you but you never came,

I wished I could be yours,

I was lost;

And now we pretend we're just friends, 

But you knew we were more than just friends ,

I wished we had never met ,

All those memories were never made,

All the times you called,

All the times you talked ,

All the times you smiled,

I wish I could forget all those moments, 

And now when I look at you I feel 

Lost and hurt,

My heart ached for you,

But you didn't care,

And now we are nothing just fooling ourselves, 

Pretending we're the same old friends, 

The butterflies in my stomach died,

I healed,  laughed and saw my world destroy,

And made a new world;
