Medieval- Gypsy Van Callun ll
"Ah, gallant sir would never fight a lady,
Surely for fear of going to Hades"
The maiden drew her sword
She'll show him who's lord
But the scamp only laughed in her face.
'Pray, silly girl, return to thy lace'
The battle works start
If he not such a weak heart
For he hid behind his guards to escape the warrior's touch.
"You value your life too highly, too much"
She said as she paced the land
"Now put your sword in your hand!"
A broken heart, truly no better source
To change paths and go the unexpected course.
Though not taken seriously
She walks this new path, yet precariously
And fear should the lad
Who next makes our Gypsy mad.
